The mangosteen comes from Mariquita, Tolima. The SIC declared the Protected Designation of Origin — Mariquita Mangosteen. The founder took part in the process through Asomangostino, the local growers' association. It is the second fresh fruit in Colombia to hold a designation of origin, after the cholupa del Huila in 2007.

• Apple cider vinegar + xanthones — ACV base, high in mangosteen antioxidants. Real health — not greenwashing.
• A chef's signature — Chef Michael Oviedo signs off every batch before it goes to the plant: profile, fermentation and flavor.

How it's made

Fermented with a SCOBY native to Mariquita, combined with mangosteen extract and carbonated water. Then a final plant step that gives stability without losing the profile. The recipe is ours.
